As many of you may know, I recently left my senior designer job, and I’ve started a new opportunity as a design manager. After 5 years of being an individual contributor designer, I was ready to take on a new challenge. Management has always been an area I wanted to grow into, and I was pretty nervous about applying for a manager role and not having any management experience.
